Meet Renee Reeser Zelnick

I’m Renee Reeser Zelnick, fashion illustrator, Hollywood storyboard artist, professional creative services provider, career coach and ARTrepeneur.

I wanted a pony for my twelfth birthday. Instead, Dad got me a .22 rifle and an NRA membership. Needless to say, my parents didn’t always see my future the way I saw it. Dad was a sensible kind of guy and art school seemed like a waste of time when I could be learning how to field dress a gun blindfolded. I naturally attended art school to avoid the ROTC. Besides, olive drab and beige are not my colors.

After escaping from Amish country and earning my BFA in Fashion Illustration from Moore College of Art and Design, I ditched Philly for Hollywood, and became an Artrepeneur.

The life-after-art-school road led me to a madly successful career as a storyboard and concept artist, illustrating and brainstorming for film, fashion, television, video games, books and advertising.

As an art school grad and creative media mind, I serve a global clientele as a consultant, coach, brand builder, information artist, designer, storyboard artist, fashion illustrator, sketch artist, pre-visualizer and yes, even music producer. Collaborating and co-creating with the finest movers and shakers on the planet, I’ve worked on projects for everyone from Deepak to Tupac, from Spielberg to Oprah, with past and current projects for clients such as Sony, HBO, Universal Studios, Coca-Cola, Disney, Electronic Arts, Nissan, Land Rover, Old Navy, Target, Nike and many more.

Giving back is important, so I began a little something called the humanities project, a foundation that empowers and rewards youth pursuing conscious creativity in the arts & humanities through college scholarships and services.  Let me help you find your way on the creative career path.
